1. Arrival Time
Some orders may arrive in seperate shipments, especially orders including both apparel and shoes, in order to expedite delivery. Please note that if your order includes multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional fees for shipping.
If items ordered are not in stock or are on back order, we will notify you immediately. Orders made or scheduled to ship on major holidays will have a delayed processing time of 1-2 days.

3. Availability
Most items are in stock and will be promptly shipped. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately and you can decided how you would like to proceed with the order. Special and custom orders usually take from 3-6 weeks before ready to ship. You will be notified of the expected time frame after your order has been placed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and PayPal.
Your online order is secure. Online orders using a credit card are processed through Authorize.net via a secure, encrypted link. Your credit card information is automatically and directly submitted to this processor and is not available to DanceSport Place.
You may be unable to place an order online if the billing address you provide does not match the address that your bank has on file for your credit card.

DanceSport Place appreciates your business and wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If a return or exchange is needed, please be sure that your request complies with our return/exchange policy noted below:
Please Read Carefully: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of delivery. Any item ordered may be exchanged for either a different model or the same model of a different size or color, including shoes. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item(s) you request for exchange is sold out and no longer available by the time your order is processed, you will be notified by e-mail and will be given the option of getting a refund. A maximum of (3) items are accepted for a refund per transaction, regardless of the amount of items purchased in that single transaction. Only (1) return or (1) exchange allowed per transaction. You are responsible for all return and exchange re-shipment fees, no exceptions.
All items returned must not be worn, used, laundered or damaged (make-up stains, undone hems, ripped tags etc.) and must be in their original packaging with tags still attached, if any. Please try your new shoes on over a clean, soft surface. Soiled shoes and shoes with soiled soles cannot be returned for refund, credit of exchange. Once a pair of shoes is exchanged the sale is considered final and can not be returned or exchanged again. When sending items please return them in the same fashion they were received.
*Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges! Please return your item by UPS, USPS, or other insured & traceable method. DanceSport Place will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-returnable/non-exchangable items:
Special orders for clothing or shoes, custom made items/costumes, and clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and will be automatically returned to sender if received; all sales are final. Other items that cannot be returned or exchanged are dance trunks, AeroTan, jewelry, fishnets. In addition, orders for Special Order shoes and/or custom-made costumes may not be cancelled once they have been placed and processed, even though they might not have been delivered yet.
If you wish to exchange or return clothing items, please download the Return & Exchange Form, print it, and completely fill out the appropriate fields (please print legibly). All returns/exchanges arriving without this form will have no action taken on upon return. Send this form along with your item/s to:

11. iTunes and Benefit Cosmetics
We've complied lists of great dance music in partnership with iTunes for dancers of all styles. Lists of recommended songs, albums and even dance movies can be viewed here, at the DanceSport Place iTunes Music Store. By clicking on the links to purchase, your computer's iTunes program will open and purchasing and downloads will happen directly with Apple iTunes.
We are also linked with Benefit Cosmetics. Our recommendations for competitive dancers can be found here. By clicking on the product links, you can then place your order directly with Benefit Cosmetics at their website.
Custom orders can be made by contacting DanceSport Place directly. Some apparel items can be special ordered in XS and XL. Dance shoes can be personally customized with fabrics/materials, heel type and special sizes. Made to order ballroom costumes can be designed to your specifications, or have a custom design created just for you. Any and all custom orders are non-refunable, non-returnable and final sales. Additionally, please allow for additional processing time to create your custom order. Generally custom orders will take 3-6 weeks to complete, not including shipping time.
