Maximiliaan Winkelhuis

It's been two years since our mentor, Max, has been in California to share his inspiring information. He will be at Nadia's Rhythm Room April 21-22, 2011. Both private lessons and a group lecture will be available. For those unfamiliar with Max and his work, he is a renowned mental trainer for dancesport competitors. He brings out the best in your performance, goal planning and strategies to help you achieve results. He is also the author of the fantastic and comprehensive competitors handbook "Dance To Your Maximum"

"Together We Are Stronger" Part I & II

$60.00/pp for 2 sessions     $45.00/pp for 1 session

"Together We Are Stronger"

Together we are stronger - part 1

Ballroom dancers work as team of two. How effective is that team? What do we say to each other verbally and non-verbally. Are we stimulating each other? Or are finding faults in the other. In this lecture you will learn more about how to communicate more effectively with your partner. We will dive into the realm of decoding body language massages (focussing) and we will work with a transactional analysis quadrant to improve your communications style.

Together we are stronger - part 2

This lecture offers the art of energetically connecting with each other (energetic linkage). This will give the dancers the energy to enjoy each other on the competition floor instead of trying to survive on a crowded competition floor. It will increase your floor presence (and territory) and will lower the impact of other dancers on the floor during your performance.

Erik and Melissa will be attending and we hope to see you too!
